Core Assessment

Evaluation of each of the five areas of core strength and low back health.  Patient education on the role of each group and their effect on low back health.



Workplace Lectures and Training

Informational lectures on common chronic imbalances seen in the work environment, including a component that allows attendees to learn some of the basic exercises that are key in correcting postural imbalances and avoiding workplace injury.  We can modify these lectures to fit your particular environment, whether it is an office or a maintenance shop.

Anxiety Treatment

Using acupuncture, bodywork, breathing techniques, and meditation principles to teach people to address their own anxiety in a non-pharmacological way.



Pre or Post Ski Treatment

A combination of deep tissue massage, targeted stretching, and therapeutic modalities specifically tailored to common imbalances and injuries caused by winter sports.  We assess your current risk and work on preventative measures to avoid future injury.



Bicycle Fitting

Custom bicycle fitting for either road or mountain bikes, focused on addressing common biking injuries and imbalances that come from improper fitting.  We can tailor your bike’s fit for your purpose, whether it is competition or just a leisurely Sunday ride in comfort.


Nutritional Counseling

Assessing current diets, offering elimination diets, and educating on the effects of different foods on the systems of the body.



Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Therapy

The evaluation and retraining of abnormal muscular firing patterns that lead to pain and injury.  Strength training focused on form, using the same principles as above to change long-term patterns and strengthen weakened and inhibited muscles.
