Personal training is about more than just creating strength and a better looking body. It is about creating the correct functional movement for a lifetime of pain-free activity. When patterns are out of balance, we tend to overuse the strong muscles and avoid using the weak ones.  These imbalances lead to chronic pain and tightness that cannot be relieved by massagechiropractic, acupuncture or other physical techniques alone. We focus our gym training on changing faulty patterns and establishing the correct ones for pain-free movement.

Most gym sessions are followed with therapeutic stretching and deep tissue massage in one of our treatment rooms.  This combination allows us to not only relax tight muscles and break up adhesions, but fix faulty movement patterns to prevent their return.
